Mom's Killer Cinnamon Rolls

To Make:
Bisquick with milk, I don't measure, just try to hit the consistency that will be easy to roll out
Roll out bisquick on a "bisquicked" surface, not super thin, remember - these are Cinnamon Rolls
Spread butter over the entire area of the rolled out bisquick
Sprinkle with Brown Sugar, Granulated Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves (if you want) and raisins
Roll up into one large roll and cut into 1 inch Cinnamon rolls
Put in cupcake pans (before the pan, you should probably spray them with Pam)
Bake at 350 degrees for about 8 minutes or until golden brown

HOORAY you have delicious cinnamon rolls - and you can cover them with cream cheese frosting if you want too.... mmmmmm

Ground Chicken and Black Bean Taco Salad

Originally I had planned on writing about my delicious dinner that contained Ground All Natural (yes <-- snob) ground white chicken, tomatoes, diced chilis, onions, jalapenos, black beans, cheese, lettuce, Veronica's Salsa, Sour Cream and crushed Tortilla Chips.... but....
Oh wait, it still is. Dinner was amazing. I haven't been cooking like I had been previously... but it's coming back to me. It's hard looking at Chefs delicious menus all day long and trying to compare to their dishes... All you think about is Foie Gras and Lamb Rack .... so hard.

Lately dinner has been followed by a series of some serious sweets. Tonight? Buttermilk Donut mini's, and a Swiss Cake roll. AND a swiss cake roll? OH yes. My coworker's birthday was today - and on top of my delicious after dinner sweets - I had some amazing brownies with coconut and frosting, dark chocolate merlot and mmm dark chocolate mint chip cookies. Holy foodgasm. Amy Ladawn? You rocked my socks girl, those we amazing. I'll post some pictures tomorrow. As I am SURE you are desperate to see the deliciousness I ate today.

Tomorrow's plan: Pho - Kelcie Style - Watch out!
